In most cases, collection of the phones will be made free of charge, however this is subject to a fair use policy. Please contact Peter on 0410 511 659 to see if you are eligible. Make sure you have details of the collection address, contact details and a preferred collection date to hand as we will need these to arrange the uplift. We will give you a date when our third party courier will collect the handsets. Once we receive the handsets you will receive a cheque within 10 working days.
