Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum collection amount is 50 phones
2. Envirofone can provide the following promotional materials free of charge;
   - downloadable posters
   - editable letter templates
3. Payment for phones will be made after the phone have been collected
4. Payment will be made by cheque and will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the phones.
5. No display / dummy models or Kyocera handsets.
6. All phones collected are processed and recycled in the U.K. by our sister company, Corporate Mobile Recycling Ltd
7. All models recycled in accordance with ISO14001. For further details, see www.cmrecycling.co.uk/environment
8. Please ensure that you remove any SIM cards before the phones are collected – Envirofone cannot be held responsible for returning any SIM cards sent in or data that has not been erased from any handsets – all SIM cards received are destroyed and date is wiped
9. CMR will use your details only in relation to your mobile phone recycling scheme, and will not rent or sell details to any other party.
10. Please ensure that handsets are boxed securely ready for collection with your school or organisation details enclosed within the box
11. When you call for a free collection, Envirofone will give you a collection number to display on the outside of the box please ensure that this is displayed in a prominent position.
